Using the estimate

The calculator works in your browser. Your facility choices and contact details are not submitted until you send the walkthrough form. Saving a quote PDF downloads a file to your device.

Sending a request

The form collects your name, company, email, optional phone, facility address, operating schedule, cleaning requirements and estimate inputs. YEG commercial cleaners uses these to evaluate the request, contact you about it and prepare a proposed scope. Please do not submit passwords, alarm codes, medical information or payment details.

Storage and service providers

Submitted requests are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database. Cloudflare Turnstile helps detect automated submissions; its use is governed by Cloudflare’s privacy policy. Resend delivers an email notification containing the request to the owner of YEG commercial cleaners. Request data may be processed outside Canada. YEG commercial cleaners does not use this form to subscribe you to marketing lists.

Retention and choices

All requests in the request database are scheduled for deletion after 90 days. Email copies are not automatically deleted when the database record is deleted. You may request correction or deletion by replying to a response from YEG commercial cleaners, or by submitting a request through the form with “privacy request” in the notes.

After submission

A successful submission means your request has been saved for review by YEG commercial cleaners. It does not confirm a cleaning booking. The final scope, price, service availability and access arrangements need to be confirmed through the walkthrough and proposal process before service starts.
